Leonette Kruger is a compassionate person that puts her best effort to give all patients a great experience in recovery and healthy living. Understanding how the body works and the limit of its functions. Joints, soft tissues and muscles in our body is integral to our health for easy mobility. Ranging from sports injuries, overuse injuries, and the day to day neck and back pain becomes inconvenient or even problematic if not tended to.

She tailors each recovering exercising program according to the patient’s needs. Giving every patient a clear understanding what the program does for a progressive recovery and accommodating the limits of what each patient can do.

Leonette studied B.Sc Physiotherapy and graduated in 2011 from the University of the Free State, a prestigious institution. She later furthered her studies and specialized in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy (OMT). Excelling with exceptional understanding of human anatomy together with a keen interest on the treatment for therapeutic physical exercises. Leonette uses modernized programs that would encourage the recovery.

She experienced a traumatic injury at a very young age and lost her muscle strength. This led to her not being able to play sport. She received rehabilitation from numerous biokineticists and physiotherapists until she met one physiotherapist who went to a great extent to assist her with her challenges. Her love and passion for physiotherapy grew from this experience. She decided to study physiotherapy to assist other patients in need and to help improve their quality of life. Physiotherapy is a calling and her faith is of the utmost importance. Leonette's faith is her drive to assist all in need.

Chronic pain is long standing pain that persists beyond the usual recovery period or occurs along with a chronic health condition, such as arthritis.
Chronic pain may be "on" and "off" or continous. It may affect people to the point that they can't work, eat properly, take part in physcial activity, or enjoy life.

Back pain can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease. Examples include overuse such as working out or lifting too much, prolonged sitting and lying down, sleeping in an uncomfortable position or wearing a poorly fitting backpack.

Nack pain can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease. Examples include prolong straining (looking up or down), sleeping in an uncomfortable position, stress, chiropractic manipulation or wearing heavy necklaces.

Headaches are very common confition that most people will experience many times during their lives. The main symptom of a headache is a pain in your head or face. This can be throbbing, constant, sharp or dull. Headaches can be treated with medication, stress management and biofeedback.

Sports injuries are commonly caused overuse, direct impact, or the application of force that is greater than the body part can structurally withstand. Common injuries include bruoises, sprains, strains, joint injuries and nose bleeds.

Chest congestion is the result of inflamed air passages, or bronchi, in the lungs. A chest cold results from the same virus as the common cold and usually presents as a runny nose, sinus infection, or sore throat before settling into your lungs.
Chronic Sinusithis can be caused by an infection, growths in the sinuses (nasal polyps) or swelling of the lining of your sinuses. Signs and symtoms may include a blocked or stuffy (congested) nose that causes difficulty breathing through your nose, and pain and swelling around your eyes, cheeks, nose or forehead.
